	Company History In 1952, our founding partner Jesús Ascaso began to get involved with the then infant world of espresso coffee. Since then, his experience has led him to set up several companies in that sector as well as contributing technical innovations for the coffee world in conjunction with various companies in the sector. Among the companies formed is Compak, devoted to making professional, high-quality coffee grinders.
