Fiorenzato UK take pride in keeping our clients satisfied. If in the unlikely event you should receive a product you are unsatisfied with then please contact us as soon as possible.
Fiorenzato UK will do our very best to make amends. Products can be returned within 30 days after purchase. If a machine is not working correctly upon receipt and first use then please let us know. Often these problems can be fixed quickly and easily. Most machines are tested at factory before shipping. Depending on the machine, there may be coffee residue or water spots present.
Delivery Times
Delivery times for machines vary. Customer satisfaction is priority and we aim to supply you with your purchase as soon as we possibly can. Returning Goods
Any used consumables will not be accepted for refund or exchange. If the product is proven to be faulty then it will be fixed or replaced if need be.
Note: The cost and responsibility of returning non faulty or unwanted goods will be the responsibility of the customer. A refund will be issued once the goods have been returned to us and we have checked and agreed that the goods and packaging are in a resellable condition and have not been used. It is in everyone’s interest to ensure that the correct order is placed and suit your requirements.
Consumer Rights
None of these Terms and Conditions affect your statutory consumer rights.
Cancellations
You, the customer are free to cancel your order up until the point when the order has been dispatched. This usually occurs within 24 hours of the order being placed but may be longer or shorter depending on circumstances. If the order made by the customer is cancelled before dispatch then all charges made by the customer will be refunded in full, no questions asked.
If the goods have already been dispatched before the customer attempts to cancel an order then it will fall into the returns category and it will be the responsibility of the customer to return the goods under the returns policy stated previously. The customer will be fully liable in such an instance.
No claim for damaged or deficient goods will be accepted by J. Moran Ltd. unless written notice of such damage or deficiency is received by J. Moran Ltd. within 24 hours of receipt of the goods by the buyer. J. Moran Ltd. cannot accept any responsibility for damaged or deficient goods if accepted by the buyer in accordance with these conditions.
IMPORTANT Carriers regulations require that shortages be notified within 3 days of delivery and total losses within 14 days from the date of dispatch. It is an expressed term of these conditions that J. Moran Ltd. and the carriers are notified in writing by the buyer within 24 hours of receipt of the goods by the buyer of any damage or shortages. Neither J. Moran Ltd. nor the carriers will accept any responsibility for damage of shortages in goods in the event of any breach of this condition.
Refunds on returned goods
Refunds are issued through Paypal.
Warranty
All new goods are covered by a one-year parts and labour warranty unless otherwise agreed before sale. All second hand goods are covered by a 3-month parts warranty unless otherwise agreed before sale.
Items Not Covered by Warranty
Problems due to water supply which include but are not limited to the following:
Contaminated water which may arise, for example, through water board repairs on or near the buyers premises.
Hard water problems that cause lime scale build up in boilers and on probes.>
Warer pressure problems caused when the pressure is above 4 bars and no regulator is fitted.
Operator problems, including but not limited to loss of or damage to external and removable parts, foreign bodies introduced accidentally or intentionally into the equipment.
Replacement of group head gaskets, seals, showers plates and filter baskets. These parts are subject to wear and tear through usage and parts and labour are charged for replacement. This buyer should note that the life of these parts can be considerably extended by regular cleaning of the equipment.
Cost of replacement water filters or the recharge costs of CTUs.
